The Process

1. Initial Call

I call it a ‘discovery call’, an opportunity for me to introduce myself, gather some key information and better understand your goals and usually takes less than 15 minutes.

3. Advice

The next step is for me to recommend a provider and product tailored specifically to your needs. I’ll walk you through a personalised quote, explaining the policy details and benefits in clear, straightforward terms.

If you’re happy with the recommendation, we’ll proceed by completing the medical questionnaire and submitting your application.

​

From there, I’ll take care of the entire process with the provider, keeping in regular contact and making sure you’re always updated on progress.

2. Fact Find

This is a slightly longer meeting, usually around 30 minutes and it’s completely free of charge.

​

During our conversation, I’ll explain how I work, the support you can expect and answer any questions you may have about protection. I’ll also take the time to understand your circumstances, priorities and what matters most to you.

 

By the end of the meeting, you’ll have a clear picture of the protection options available and the peace of mind they can offer and I’ll have all the information I need to recommend the right cover for you.

4. Support

The support doesn’t end once your protection policy is in place.


I’ll check in with you regularly to make sure your cover still suits your needs as life changes.

 

And if you ever have questions or want to make adjustments, we’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
